COVID-19 Policy

As per Government guidelines we are open for all available scan options,  with COVID-19 precautions in place. 

You and up to 3 guests are allowed to attend your scan.

We encourage you and your guests to please do a rapid lateral flow test within 24 hours before attending your scan appointment.  These can be obtained by online order via

If you have just returned from travelling abroad please follow government isolation guidelines as stipulated on their website 

The government expect and recommend that members of the public continue to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces, and when you come into contact with people you don’t normally meet.   For this reason we kindly request that all our customers wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth, even if you have been vaccinated.  This will help protect you, our staff and other customers.  Please inform our staff if you are exempt from wearing a mask or you will be asked to don a disposable mask within the scan room. 


Our waiting area is the Cleve reception area and you may be asked to wear a mask during busier hours.

Guests that are exempt from wearing a mask should try to maintain a safe distance from those outside their family.

To keep others safe, please reschedule your appointment if you (or a member of your household) have a new cough or fever, or loss of smell or taste unless you have had a negative PCR test.  

Please use the alcohol hand rub that will be provided before and after your scan.  


Our clinic will close immediately for a deep clean if we suspect that someone with COVID-19 has entered the room, this may be during your appointment if necessary and may cause delays / result in the rebooking of your appointment.


To keep you safe our sonographer will not attend our clinic if she or a member of her household presents with any new symptoms of a cough or fever, unless they have had a negative PCR test result.  This may result in the rebooking of your appointment.


Our sonographer will be wearing a mask for the entire duration of your appointment.  


Surfaces are disinfected between appointments.
